  3. Customer Experience
Zendesk Omnichannel Agent certification

Why

Customer experience offers a potential career pathway for young adults who may not have a university degree but can develop relevant digital and professional skills. Access to structured training and recognised certification can help learners demonstrate their abilities and pursue opportunities in the customer experience industry.

What

The Customer Experience Program is a certification initiative delivered by NairoBits in partnership with Zendesk through its Agents of Change initiative. It prepares participants to pursue the Zendesk Omnichannel Agent Specialist certification and develop skills relevant to customer experience roles.

How

NairoBits provides training in customer experience and the relevant Zendesk platform, targeting unemployed or under-employed young adults aged 18–30 from low-income or under-resourced backgrounds. Participants need a basic understanding of computing rather than a university degree, and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
