A NairoBits programme delivered with the Mastercard Foundation that combines digital skills training with personal development, mentorship and employment support, so young women from underserved communities can move into dignified work.

  • Women aged 18–35 from Mathare, Kibera, Mukuru and Nyamira
  • Technical training with mentorship and employment support
  • Participants keep the devices they train on
